Summer Term Lego Club!
Lego club has been going so fantastically well! Mrs Tang has been impressed by the creativity of the children at the club. We are looking forward to many more exciting builds this year!
Although Bearwood's Choir could sadly not go to St. Catherine's Church to perform a Christmas carol concert, they were still able to perform in school next to our beautiful Christmas tree.
The children only had three choir sessions to learn the songs! They are incredibly dedicated and enthusiastic, and could not wait to sing to an audience.
The choir were also joined by four UKS2 children who beautifully read two Christmas readings.
Cross country club is running weekly, this week we ran around the Recreation Ground. Even though it rained, we still had great fun. Some of our children have shown great stamina and are putting in a fantastic effort each week.
This week, our young leaders have been working with year 3 children to improve their ball handling skills - they have been reinforcing some of the fundamental movement skills and are instilling the younger children with a love of sport and physical activity.
